This design was selected because it has capacitors values that are fairly easy to produce. In fact all items are home made. The capacitors out of PCB material and coils out of heavy duty copper electrical wire. |
TVi Filter Response
This is the calculated response curve of the above filter, when tested, showed goods VSWR on ten meters. Adjustment was not required as components were carefully manufactured for tight tolerances. With betters screening I believe this filter would have performed very well. |
