Zooming closer to home now. Chiang Mai is the second largest city in Thailand.

Bangkok is situated some 500 miles to the South. Further to the South West is Phuket Island a very popular holiday resort, with lovely beaches. Whilst most tourist fly to Phuket it is possible to drive from the main land via the causeway.
